The Pre-Visit
Going to a new salon may be intimidating, and trusting a new stylist can be hard. Even though I am in a traditional salon environment, I've specifically created a relaxing, judgment-free experience, customized just for you.
The Consultation
After you have filled out the appointment request form, I will contact you to schedule or complete our consultation. We will have a thorough conversation about your hair to make sure we're both confident on how we should proceed with your service. Expect to be pampered with complimentary drinks, snacks, and seasonal amenities of your choice during your appointment. You will feel listened to, excited, and taken care of as we explore solutions and plans to create your perfect low maintenance hair.
After the Goodbye
We will create a maintenance plan and home care routine together to make sure you feel great about your hair all the way until your next visit with me.
